Morgan Freeman – Lucky Number Slevin

Q1: Did you have to call Ben Kingsley Sir Ben and what about your scene?
MF: Why is that circling around so much? He is knighted. He is Sir Ben. If you call him Sir Ben he answers. I didn't call him just Ben so I don't know what he would say. He's great. One of the reasons to take a role like this is you'll be working that closely with Ben Kingsley. I'll do it. I don't care what it is.

Q2: What were the best and worst parts of working with Bruce and Josh?
MF: Playing is no challenge. Every time you get a role you are just going to play with other people in a sandbox. The major challenge is getting the work and finding the sandbox.

Q3: Can you turn on and off your gravitas?
MF: Look at me. Obviously it's just me. I have reserves of power that I have yet to touch. (laughs) The character is on the page. That's the bottom line. Any of you could do it if you chose to, but you chose to be a writer.

Q4: Did you sign on early or late?
