Q1: How do you introduce a new style of martial arts?
CR: The spirit is close to martial arts and I started in 1988. It's an art that my father taught me and I've been practicing for 18 years. You start working on your physical conditioning and then let your instinct guide you.

Q2: So it's not an official martial art?
CR: No, there is no formal structure.

Q3: How did you get this in front of the public eye?
CR: I did nothing. I started doing it because I wasn't brought up by my father and I didn't really like school. It was a way of connecting with my father and having him watch me and be proud of me. As an example, in Forrest Gump he decides to run and then there are many people behind him, but at the beginning he was just running for himself.

Q4: How do you train for this?
CR: You have to be in good shape and then you become what you want to become if you are hardcore.

Q5: If it's freeform how is it choreographed...
