Q1: How did you get through scenes with Marlon Wayans?
JP: Very carefully [laughs]. He and I have been friends for 15 years and never able to actually work together. So this was a really cool opportunity especially being that it was shot in LA. I was very happy about that because since I had my sonc actually since my son started school -- hefs in first grade now -- I wonft pull him out during the school year. I want him to keep his normalcy and his routine. So if it doesnft shoot in LA, Ifm not doing it. And this was just so great to be able to go to work with everybody and laugh and improv. I love doing television. I prefer it because itfs more productive. You shoot eight to ten pages a day whereas in film, you normally do one to two for like 80 hours. And itfs just like, gReally?
